Additionally, the DNS can be configured for hosting spaces outside of Cosdi. Records such as A, CNAME, MX, NS, PTR, TXT, and others can all be modified by customers.
Q: Why are your domain prices higher/lower than others?
A: The importance of a domain cannot be measured by a small price difference. Some customers choose other providers to save a few dollars, but when issues arise or help with configuration is needed, they often can't reach those providers (a common scenario) and end up seeking our assistance. However, we cannot intervene in issues related to domains from other providers and aim to avoid creating a negative cycle.

Q: How long does it take to use a domain after purchase?
A: After completing payment, registration, and DNS setup, you need to wait approximately 24-48 hours for DNS propagation. This propagation time depends on the operations of individual ADSL providers and is not controlled by Cosdi. Once the propagation is complete, the domain will be ready for use.
In addition, after purchasing an international domain, a verification email will be sent to your inbox. Please make sure to complete the verification process in the email; otherwise, the domain will be locked and unavailable for use.
Q: I purchased my domain from another provider, but their service is poor. Can I pay Cosdi for assistance?
A: Since your payment was made to another provider, the service should be provided by them, which is standard business practice. We recommend contacting your domain registrar or transferring your domain to Cosdi for better service.
